
Podiatrist Zoë Ryan
Zoë qualified from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2001. Working in private practice initially before joining the NHS in Gwent, Wales in 2003. She worked in general podiatry being part of the minor surgery team. Specialising in musculoskeletal treatment of the lower limb, in 2005 Zoë joined the musculoskeletal/minor surgery team full time. This role saw her work in the Orthopaedic, Paediatric and Rheumatology triage multi-disciplinary team, work in both community and acute hospital settings treating all manner of lower limb and foot conditions.
Zoë has postgraduate training in rheumatology, foot and ankle mobilisations, foot manipulation, injection therapy, advanced local anaesthetics, shockwave therapy, taping therapy and POMs certification.
